What to look for when joining a Network Marketing Company

Company- Who’s behind it? What experience do they have in the industry?
Unfortunately people with Zero experience will begin network marketing companies because they have a good product or they know how much money there is in network marketing and they will start one up, not knowing at all how to run one, and most times because they have no experience in ever owning a network marketing company, the company fails, goes bankrupt and companies like this have unfortunately given the network marketing industry a bad name.

So, be sure that the company that you decide to join has a proven track record, a phenomenal amount of sales under their belt, with At Least $50 Million In Sales; an owner who has run a Network Marketing Company Before. If you are joining at the very beginning of a company, it is in your best interest, to know if the company is Debt-Free and Profitable. When inquiring be sure to ask:

What experience does the owner have running a network marketing company?

Is the company Debt-Free and Profitable? (If not the compensation plan will pay less out to the distributors because part of the profit is going back to paying back the investors)

Product- You want a product that makes sense, a product that works for people. You want a product you can stand behind and be proud of. You want a product where people feel results immediately or in a weeks time. People want results now and that’s the best way to keep people in the business-if they are getting results. People will buy products that make sense. Something they already spend money on and through your company they are able to get That quality product, they are already spending money on, for a lower price than they are already currently spending.

What is the Product?

Does the Product work?

Does it Make sense?

Does the product produce results?

Are people already spending money on this product? And will actually save by investing in ‘Product XYZ’

Is there a large enough market for this product?

Compensation- There is nothing more controversial in network marketing than a compensation plan because Every company likes to think theirs is the Best. When looking for a compensation plan you want to look for something that is designed for the average person. The average person being, that stay at home mom, or single father who can only work the business part-time. It should be a compensation plan to where the average part-time networker can build a substantial residual income, to dramatically change their life. It’s excellent if the compensation plan allows you to turn around and retail the product. All distributors should have access to all the bonuses, not just those who reach certain ranks.

If you are joining Network Marketing for the benefits of a Residual Income, do not be blinded by the hype of the large bonuses, companies that make it easier for you to hit a 15,000 dollar bonus than to make residually 5,000 a month for the rest of your life, are not companies I recommend joining, that is, if you are joining MLM for the long run, for the long-term benefits. I also would strongly recommend joining a hybrid Binary. It is the most powerful, most simple way to get paid. How many ways are there to get paid?

How much “point value” will I need to make ‘X’ amount a month?
Is this set up for a long term residual income? Or will I making most of my money off of the bonuses? (if you’re looking to retire from working a ‘convention job’ ever again, you want long term residual)

Leadership- Besides corporate structure, there is nothing more important than the leadership. The corporate structure from the top down should be strong. Leaders build the foundation for growth, without a leader behind you, guiding you, teaching you and providing you and your team with the tools necessary for growth and success, your business will fail. Leadership is key, who taught you how to walk? Did someone not help you up and guide you along until your legs became strong enough to hold your own? It’s the same thing here, if you do not have leaders who can, in the beginning stages hold your hand and fill your hands with the necessary tools, how will you ever run?

Do you trust the people you are signing up under? Do they have integrity?
Are they someone you can turn to with questions and know that you will get the support that you need?

Timing- Timing, Timing, Timing. If you are fortunate enough to sign up with a company before or during momentum and they meet all of the above criteria, Act Now! You Will Be successful. Momentum and Pre-Momentum is where most of the money is made. If you begin building with a company early on, you will reap the rewards, that is, If You Work The Business. If you do not work the business than regardless of when you get into the company, timing doesn’t matter, however, there can be perks to getting in early.
