When you go to a MLM training seminar, you know there is going to be a ton of information to be gleaned there. In actuality, there is a lot of wisdom to be gained from the top money earners in your company. They've been there, done that! I have always appreciated the value of when someone, who has reached a certain amount of success, chooses to give back and share their time and expertise for an hour or two. However, there are still a small number of success secrets that a good number of top money earners are not eagerly going to disclose to you.

So what are the 3 fundamental MLM training tips you can discover by studying the pros?

1) They work HARD!

If you want to be earing a six figure income, you are going to have to put in some hard work! Sure the pros maybe working 2-4 hours a day now, but in the beginning they were working 8-12 hours. It's that way with any business. There are a lot of long hours you have to invest in the beginning in order to see results. The MLM pros have set their goals and realize it will take work to accomplish them. So if you are only working 10 hours a WEEK on your network marketing business, the big money most likely won't be rolling in as fast as you would like it to.

2) They have spent money!

Don't be fooled into thinking you will never have to spend another dime on your business once you get in! The good thing is, I know lots of ways you can build your business for free and I believe you should be implementing them into your marketing strategy. But just keep in mind, your MLM business is a business just like any other and you must infuse some money every once in a while to expand. But that influx of cash doesn't have to be a lot of money. However $50 to $100 dollars every now and then is realistic for any MLM business owner. The one thing that top money earner make sure they spend money on is MLM training. We've all heard that it takes money to make money. But the good news is you don't have to spend a fortune!

3) They have ALL thought about giving up

As many rewards there are to working from home, there are also lots of challenges along the way. You aren't going to hear the top money earners admit that they have the same doubts and fears that you have. From time to time, every one of the top leaders has wanted to throw in the towel. Then what makes them so different? They didn't give up!

The great thing about the network marketing industry is that everyone begings at the same place. So remember whenever doubt creeps in, the top money earners in your company have had their fair share of doubts, but they chose not to give in and quit!

Be mindful of all the exceptional training just waiting for you to take advantage of. Just keep an eye on your company's top earners for the best examples. You can learn a wealth of MLM tricks and tips just by studying how they carry themselves and manage their business.
