Ways To Utilize Social Marketing To Grow Your Business

If you are in the home business industry then you are well aware that the success of your business really is going to depend on getting a regular flow of leads into your sales funnels. Using the social networking sites, like Facebook & Twitter has become a very popular method for marketing over the recent months.

Especially with Facebook about to become the most highly visited website on the internet, and soon to take over Google. If you know anything about attraction marketing then you will see just how powerful sites like Facebook are, there are millions of potential prospects that we can connect with and build relationships with from anywhere in the world. As a network marketer you should see the value that these sites can offer you, not only for generating leads, but also for relationship building which will lead to more sales.

Without this important element in your business then its very likely that you won't get very far in your business, period. It's fair to say that every marketer should seriously consider social network marketing within their business model, so what's the best way to do this?

Well the first thing we can do is use it as a connecting tool, if you are using Facebook for example then there are so many different groups relating to the industry. You can join as many of these as you wish and add people as friends and add your input to any discussions that are going on. This offers you the chance to build relationships with people, it's important to note that you shouldn't use it to spam your opportunity like so many people do online. You should always offer value and build relationships before you pitch your deal. In the offline world the chances are if you had just met someone for the first time, it wouldn't go down well if you instantly tried to sell them something, things work the same online, it's all about human communication.

Facebook also offers paid marketing in the form of pay per click. This is a very powerful way to generate traffic to your offer and it's fast. Because its still relatively new, you can also get some very cheap advertising which only increases your profit margin. With such tight demographic targeting you really can create some killer campaigns.

Twitter is another great method to gain a following and traffic to your sales funnel. I have used software in the past which automates the process of gaining followers, you can also set it up to automatically send out tweets, even whilst you are away from the computer or sleeping. Keep in mind that the same rules apply as on Facebook, always offer value first to attract prospects to you instead of just posting links to your business opportunity or products. Twitter is effective for bloggers, every time you post a new article, make sure you tweet about it to your following, you can get a lot of traffic to your content in just a few hours.

Using the principles of attraction marketing on the social networks you really can get some fabulous results, there are many marketers who get thousands of visitors each day from the social networks alone, without doing any seo.
