Time Management MLM Tips, 5 Strategies For Network Marketing Success

Ahh!!! This is the life. Running a MLM business from home is a wonderful thing. No more time management planners, alarm clocks, commute time or reporting to a boss. Or is this just an illusion?

The reality is that you are no longer an employee physically, however if you don't have the mindset of a business leader your blissful thoughts of being a CEO from home can turn into a network marketing nightmare.

And I don't want this to happen to you at all. I want you to grow, mentor and empower your team to greatness. Here are 5 time management tips so you can grow daily in your mlm career.

1. All CEO’s Decide On A Plan – when you decided to get involved in MLM you decided to take on the responsibility of a leader and team builder. In order to build a successful organization a true leader must work his business daily and consistently. If you are still working a full time job and you only have a couple of hours in the evening then schedule that time to work your business. Do you believe it’s not enough time in the evening, wake up an hour or 2 earlier! Whatever you decide do it every day and be consistent.

2. Write Out Your Daily Action Plan – X amount of time for marketing purposes with Y amount of time on the phone prospecting. Whatever action your performing dedicate 1 to 2 hours of focused energy to that activity only. Do not multi task while performing your activity. For example writing a blog post, don’t check your email or hop on Facebook, finish your blog post , be done with it and move onto the next task. Also schedule your tasks at the same time every time you perform that task. For example, if you write an article every day or every other day, write it at 6am to 7am or 10am to 11am. Whatever hour works for you but do the same hour for that particular task.

3. Implement Your Plan – Take action the next day immediately. Don’t Procrastinate. Like the Nike commercial say “Just Do It”. Like anything new in life, there will be a period of adjustment. A new habit and new way of thinking is forming that will generate a remarkable overflow of positive energy and abundance. I’m sure there will be some growing pains. Nothing worthwhile ever comes easy but if you stay true to the course your on, your business and team have only one way to go and that’s to the top!

4. Distractions Not Wanted Here – Ladies and gentlemen, the goal here is to be successful daily and consistently. Wouldn’t you agree? Be sure to do the following when performing scheduled specific tasks:

a. Checking email
b. Remove the TV and radio from your work room
c. No goofing on Facebook and Twitter (unless it’s specific lead generating strategy)
d. No phone calls
e. Disable your Skype or other instant messaging programs
f. Communicate with your loving spouses – no interruptions please unless of course there’s a fire.

5. Keep Balanced, Have Fun – Please don’t become a workaholic or a slave to your mlm business even if things are rolling along very nicely. Take the weekends off or Sunday off, whatever works for your family and loved ones. Just as much as you schedule your business hours, schedule your days off consistently and happily. Remember, your family or loved ones need you as well.
