Three Secrets to Writing Great Product Reviews

1. Provide useful information.
When you write your product review, you want to tell your customers something about that product that is not included in the sales page.

You can use a short useful quote from the product if it is digital, but make sure that you include information like the page number, and the authors' name.

Set the quote so that it can be easily seen so that your customers will notice it. In other words, make it stand out.

2. Tell your customers why you bought the product.
If you don't buy the product, how can you tell the customer about it? Unless the affiliate area has supplementary materials for your product, or a sample you can try, you won't know any more about the product than what is in the sales letter.

Tell your customers why you bought it, but also tell them how the product has helped you in your business, or how it has helped you accomplish the task you bought it for.

3. Don't try to sell your customers.
You want your product review to lead into the sales page link, which you should include on the page.

If you have given your customers solid information about the product, and included how it has helped you, when you finally get to the end of your review, you should have generated enough interest about the product that the customer will want to click thru.

This is called pre-selling. You want to get your customers' attention, but you don't want to put them under pressure to buy. When you use your review to provide valuable information, your customers will appreciate it, and they'll remember you. It's only a matter of time before you get the
sale.
