Once I explained this to my colleagues they drastically enhanced their recruiting percentages within 2 weeks. Master this straightforward skill and I guarantee you will start to see results.

Please understand, do not read this like a script, this is a technique, it is meant to be broken to a degree. It needs to be to truly dominate your success with prospects on the phone. Ask these questions and let them talk, you will be surprised how willing they are to give you the EXACT words you will use to close them! Be confidant in the conversation, be the one asking the questions, be quick to disqualify a prospect if they are not who you are looking for.

Listening is a testing talent to master, but once you master it you will close more individuals. They do not care about you... at all. Prospects only care about one thing. Take a conjecture?

They only focus on themselves.

Its as simple as asking the questions below, be quiet and taker notes on what they say, and use the exact words back on them, and if the timing is right, they will buy.

1. What has you looking around for a home based business?
2. What is your profession? Really? How long?
3. What do you like about what you do? Tell me why. (The prospects strengths are now revealed)
4. What do you not like about your job? Tell me more about that?
5. Are you thinking of replacing your current income, or just supplementing it?
6. Have you ever been self employed or worked from home before?
7. What level of income are you accustomed to? (This is vital, you want to tell stories relevant to the prospect)
8. over the next 10-12 months, how much would you be looking to generate?
9. Have you set aside any capital to start your business? (make sure they are qualified)
10. I am looking for a few sincere people to work with directly to help build their business together, how serious are you?
11. Why is that? (this is where you listen and take notes)
12. Do you have a pen and paper handy? (send them to your conference call) Tha last few questions happen on the follow up phone call, schedule a time, re-build rapport, and ask the final few questions.
13. Help me understand what you liked about what you heard? Tell me more. (this is the info you will repeat back to them in a minute)
14. Are you looking to make a small amount, or a lot? Tell me why?
15. If you continue doing what you are doing, how long before you can …? (here is where you reword their goals)
16. Where do you see yourself getting started? At the bottom working gradually towards (insert goals again here) or do you want to start out at the executive package so you can speedily reach your dreams?
