It is a brand new year. Make the decision to stop being insane this year. Albert Einstein said: “Insanity is to do the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. “ Change the way you run your mlm network marketing business and follow these MLM success tips.

Have a clear vision and clear goal

The main reason for setting goals is to tempt you to become the person it takes to achieve them. Know what result you want in your mlm network marketing business in 2010. Write down every goal and be specific. Write down your goals and place them where you can see them every day.

Create a powerful vision for your life to inspire you. Believe in it and do not allow anything to interfere with the clarity of your vision. What are you dreaming about? Start acting and develop a plan to achieve your dream. Know what you want to achiieve in the next 3 months, 6 months, 1 and 5 years and know how to get there.

To quote Jim Rohn: “Success is 20% skills and 80% strategy. You might know how to read, but it is more important to know what is your plan to read?”

Become valuable by increasing your skill

It is not easy to build a mlm business from scratch.If you acquire the skills that you need, it is easy. Do not desire for less challenges; wish for more skill. You cannot achieve your dreams if you do not upgrade your skill level in the marketplace.

There is only one way to build a successful mlm businessonline is to use a marketing system that fundamentally uses attraction marketing principles.

To summarize. Become valuable by increased knowledge and you will naturally attract people to you. Stop to hunt people down for your business and stop to market your primary business opportunity on the internet. Set your focus to learn every skill you will need to assist others with lead generation, prospecting and building their business.

Take direct action

A network marketing business owner only gets paid for two things. Selling (of products and services) and recruiting (sponsoring new distributors). You should focus your energy on actions that results in new sales and new distributors.

Spend at least 80% of your time on contacting prospects and closing new people for your business or that of a team member. Spend about 18% of your time on training and spend only 2% of your time on problem solving. Most home business entrepreneurs spent only 2% of their time prospecting.

Be disciplined

Discipline will determine if you actually achieve a goal or not. You must learn to build your mlm business on the pillars of discipline if you want to have success.

Having no discipline always end up in failure.

Be disciplined in the small actions you must take every day.

Simplify every step in the process

Break all the strategies and daily actions down to the simplest steps. You will build a stronger and more secure team if you do that.

Become a leader

Success can not be pursued. Attract it by becoming a leader. To attract attractive people, you must become attractive. To attract powerful people, you must become powerful. To attract committed people, you must become committed. Instead of working on them, work on yourself. If you become, you can attract.

People will only listen to your actions. Show your team what to do and confirm your recommended method by doing it in front of them.

Outsource

You are part of a system. Do not try to do everything in your business yourself. You only make money from recruiting and selling.

Outsource any task that does not improve your sales and increase your recruitment. Keep the main thing the main thing.

Get momentum

It is easier to build a business fast than to do it slow. You cannot maintain focus and stay excited without momentum. Get excited with a burst of energy. Keep a picture in your mind of building a huge organization fast.

Do not skim on personal development

Income seldom exceeds the level of personal development.

Do not get so busy with your lead generation and recruiting activities that you don't make time for your personal development. Personal development lies at the core of your personal growth and a successful network marketing business.

You are a seller of dreams

Recruiting drives the growth in every mlm network marketing business. Remember that to recruit is not to sell a product or service. To recruit is to sell a vision, a dream and a relationship.
