MLM Online Business Building - 5 Simple Keys to Success

Frustrated with slow results and little cash flow while using traditional methods of building an MLM business, more and more reps are turning to a duplicable MLM internet strategy to build their organization.

“Old school” marketing strategies including wall papering your community with fliers, the 3 foot rule, approaching family and friends, cold calling, spending thousands of dollars on leads, and much more, still work for some. However, in today’s age of technology, the internet is playing an increasing role in building a successful MLM business and putting money in a rep's bank account…fast.

The downfall of the Network Marketing industry is that companies fail to teach distributors how to market themselves. Thousands of reps from most companies are learning how to advertise the same cookie cutter website the company provides. To be successful, one must learn how to stand out from the other thousands of distributors in their company. People prefer to do business with people they are familiar with, not a replicated website.

Here is a list of five basic keys that every Network Marketer needs to learn and implement in order to build a large organization online.

1. Your Own Personalized, Customizable Websites and Capture Pages. Your company, compensation plan, and products have very little to do with new distributors signing up for your organization. Prospects will only join your organization if they see you as the one to lead them to the “promise land,” so to speak. Hiding behind a company replicated website will not provide this.

2. Build your own contact database. Have you ever heard the term "The money is in the list?" It's true. One needs a large list of interested, laser targeted people to talk to about their opportunity. Traditionally, distributors were taught to write down the first 100 to 200 people we could think of including family, friends, doctor, mailman, etc. On the internet, the personal capture pages are used to grow one's list automatically by having them fill in their contact information in exchange for a free report or other information relevant to their business.

3. A Streamlined Sales Funnel aka “Self Funded Proposal.” This is where you are able to promote additional income streams, valuable tools, resources, and educational products that are going to help your prospects achieve their goals and also help you create multiple income sources on complete auto pilot. Ninety Five percent of your prospects are going to say “NO” to your business opportunity. This is okay as long as you understand this and have a system in place to monetize the 95% that reject your opportunity.

4. An Automated Marketing System and Training Resource. You are too busy to take new reps by the hand and teach them the basics of internet marketing. An automated marketing system allows you to instruct your new reps to "go here, watch these videos, attend the webinars as scheduled, and contact me with questions."

5. A method of putting your personalized sites in front of people that are already looking for you. Right this moment, there are hundreds, probably thousands, of prospects that are looking for you and what you have to offer via an internet search. There is no reason to preach to the masses when there are plenty of people searching for you right now.

These five easy, but critical, elements are the exact strategies the top producers in the MLM and Network Marketing profession use to build their successful organizations on the internet.
