Here's the three methods I recommend you use to market your offerings locally:

Public Relations campaigns with local media outlets - With local radio stations and newspaper companies on your side, you're getting free publicity. Free publicity means maximum exposure and maximum profits. Research the local radio stations your prospects listen to, and direct your campaigns towards those places. Have a media kit (press release, company info, marketing materials etc.) ready to submit to these places, and consistency built a relationship with these outlets, so they'll continue having you on the local radar.

Facebook Marketing - Facebook is one of the fastest growing social networking sites. Many people are using it, including local businesses. Start a Facebook account, create a group to provide valuable content to your group members. Most importantly, create a Fan Page to market your offerings to all of your fans. Make sure you refer prospects to your fan page often so that it grows, and so do your chances of obtaining new business.

Email Marketing - This cost effective method of marketing, though difficult to achieve results if not used properly, can bring in huge potential business if used right. You should be asking every prospect to sign up to your email newsletter and tell them the benefits of subscribing. Make sure you provide valuable content your subscribers like to read, like tips they can use to better their lives. By having them subscribed to your newsletter, you get to market to them consistently, offer special offers only available to subscribers, and through repetition comes sales of your offerings from dedicated subscribers.
