4. Show them that you do not care whether or not they get recruited. The less you care the more you will receive. Rather strange concept, but it is effective in recruiting. It puts you in a position of power in the eyes of your prospect.

5. Relaxed confidence. This means you are confident, but not arrongant and will win no matter what happens. You either recruit or you don't. Make your demeanor say you don't care. Sounds illogical yes, but it absolutely works.

1. A website that shows how you can help your prospect (not a corporate relicated website). People want a leader that can help them succeed and they really don't care about compensation plans or founders.

2. Make sure you have your marketing in place. This includes many options such as pay-per-click, press releases, forums, banners, blogs, ezines, article and videos.

3. A clear and defined message. You want to attract the ideal prospects to sponsor into your business, right? Then your message has to be clear. If selling and marketing yourself sounds new you will have to learn some new skills sets.
