Do All Women In MLM Face These Challenges When Marketing Online?

It appears that more men are successful when it comes to market online. It seems to come so easily to men and for us women, well, it just takes a bit more have it all flow. I’m not sure why so many women in MLM are not succiding online but I can say that I have hit some major road blocks along the way that many other women in MLM way have experiences as well.

Here are the 4 main Problems I have face and have had to overcome to have success online…

1) For starters I felt uncomfortable creating videos and putting myself out there in the spotlight as a leader on the web and as the person who could refrain from others market online. I remember when I made my first YouTube Video it was so awkwardto watch myself on video and the web!…but at the end I got over that panic of putting myself out there so I could have my message me heard in the world. I have created a video that might help you overcome your panic about making online videos.

2) Another problem I have found is that everything feels to be moving so fast online. "Yes! Finally I got this!" but then I gain knowledge ofabout something new that I don’t have time to tackle! Most of the time when I open my inbox there seems to be a new training or video or something from other network marketers who always seem to be one step ahead of me. At the end I finally understood that this is the nature of the Internet World and we all must do what we can in the 24 hours we all have each day.

3) I love taking and that is another challenge! I do love to talk though!…I also realized I Spend too much time with every person who wanted my help and finally structured my calls so that I listen to messages only 2 times per day and I call people back with efficiency and get to the point quickly now rather than letting conversations drag on.

4) Lastly I found that I had all this understanding and skill andbut not the time to apply it. I have many things on mymind at one time and it there are certain tasks that take FOREVER online. I finally decided to outsource some of these task and focus on what I'm good on.this is an ongoing skill I am acquiring to let go of some of the control and allow others take over!

Possibly men go through all these same thing but I do know for a fact men think different than women very differently and as women we must have balance in our lives. I know for me when the balance is thrown off in the area of health, relationships, business , money then everything seems to go out of balance. It all works together like a tire on a bike…all the spokes must be in place for things to run smoothly.

As women in MLM we can create massive success with online marketing but we must go at our own pace and not compare our success to others. We also must stay connected to each other and empower each other to stay on course, and we must never, ever give up on our dreams! To the Success of All Women In MLM Online! Mia Davies
