Its far more valuable to prepare. Its the way you train that will bring in you more cash than anything else in warm calls.

The way you prepare for telesales will have a enormous bearing on the achievement You get. If you're continuously thinking

* "They won't be in"
* "They are in appointments"
* "They will have just come back from eating"
* "They will not want to talk to us"
* "They are doubtless pleased with their incumbent dealer"
* "Their requirement won't be ready yet"
