Simple, easy, low-cost but highly effective postcard advertising is a largely forgotten and terrific way to quickly grow any kind of home business. Let's look at the facts here. What is your most influential need when it comes to making money in your business? Well having a source of quality leads is what matters the most. Am I right? I'm sure you've read the cliche that "The money is in your list" right? Well to run a successful postcard campaign that is very true. To be successful with postcard advertising you must have a directly targeted list of opportunity "buyers" and not simple opportunity "seekers" . There is a world of difference among buyers and seekers.

Why should this concern you?

Opportunity seekers are simple "looking" for more information on a program. Mostly they are time wasters constantly requesting more information but never actually purchasing anything. On the other hand opportunity "buyers" are solid prospects.. They have no problem forking over cash for offers they like. Once you are mailing only to buyers your ability to make sales greatly increases. All you essentially have to do is show them the correct offer and it's a done deal.

Another important element that most advertisers ignore is "matching the offer". Don't make the mistake of mailing the wrong "offer" however,. You also need to take care that your offer matches the types of offers your mailing list normally purchases and more significantly your offer should be in the same price range as what they are used to seeing. This is a MAJOR factor in your postcard marketing campaign.

Mailing to a quality buyer list is terrific but if the cost of your offer is to high or even to low your results will be poor. It will likely be out of their purchasing "comfort zone". Take heed that it is essential to mail the "right" offer.. You can be sure of that. You can also be certain that the majority of marketers will not bother to take this extra step.
